By registering, accessing or using the Saptaphere website, mobile applications or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Saptaphere is a matrimonial platform designed to help eligible individuals and families search for and connect with prospective life partners.
Saptaphere provides technology and services that allow members to create profiles, search for matches, express interest, communicate with other members and, where applicable, access contact information through paid membership services.
Saptaphere does not guarantee that any member will find a suitable partner or that any relationship will result in marriage.
To register and use Saptaphere:
Male members must be 21 years of age or above.
Female members must be 18 years of age or above.
The member must be legally eligible to enter into a valid marriage under applicable law.
The member must provide genuine and accurate information.
The service must be used only for legitimate matrimonial purposes.
Saptaphere reserves the right to restrict or terminate accounts that do not meet these eligibility requirements.
Members are responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and while maintaining their profile.
Information may include name, date of birth, gender, religion/community, education, profession, location, family information, partner preferences and other matrimonial information.
Saptaphere may review the information entered by a member for completeness, consistency and compliance with the platform's registration format.
Providing false, misleading, incomplete or intentionally inaccurate information is prohibited.
Members are responsible for updating their profile whenever their information changes.
Saptaphere may verify the registered mobile number through OTP and the registered email address through applicable verification methods.
Verification of mobile number or email does not mean that Saptaphere guarantees the identity, character, background, profession, financial status, marital status or other personal information of a member.
Saptaphere may provide members with an option to voluntarily submit supporting documents for profile verification.
Document verification is optional unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular service.
A verification indicator, if provided, only indicates that the submitted information/documents have been reviewed according to Saptaphere's applicable verification process. It should not be treated as a guarantee of the member's identity, character, background, documents or future conduct.
Members should independently verify important information before proceeding with a matrimonial relationship.
Saptaphere may provide features including:
Profile creation and management
Match search
Advanced and other search options
Interests
Shortlisting
Profile viewing
Chat and communication
Contact information access
Notifications
Membership services
Other matrimonial features introduced from time to time
Some features may be available only to paid members.
Saptaphere may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
Saptaphere provides a Free Membership option with limited features.
The features and limitations applicable to Free Membership may be changed from time to time.
Free members may not receive access to certain paid features, including paid communication or contact-sharing services.
Saptaphere offers paid membership plans through its website and applications.
The applicable plans, prices and features are displayed on the Membership/Plans page at the time of purchase.
Current membership validity may include:
180 Days
365 Days
The features available under each plan will be as displayed at the time of purchase.
Paid membership is personal to the registered member and is non-transferable.
Saptaphere memberships do not automatically renew.
When a membership expires, the member may purchase a new membership if they wish to continue using paid services.
Membership fees must be paid through the payment methods made available by Saptaphere.
Paid membership fees are non-refundable.
Once a membership payment has been successfully completed and the applicable service has been activated, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Members should review the applicable plan, validity and features before making payment.
Saptaphere reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or technical errors and to take appropriate action in case of fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.
Paid members may receive access to contact information of other members where such information is available through the applicable Saptaphere feature.
Members understand that contact information is provided for legitimate matrimonial purposes only.
Contact information obtained through Saptaphere must not be:
Sold or shared commercially
Used for marketing or advertising
Used for harassment
Used for spam
Used for any unlawful purpose
Shared publicly without permission
Any misuse may result in suspension or termination of the account.
Chat and other communication features may be available to paid members according to their applicable membership plan.
Members are solely responsible for their communications with other members.
Members must not use Saptaphere communication features for:
Abusive or threatening behaviour
Harassment
Fraud
Sexual solicitation
Financial requests
Spam
Unlawful activities
Promotion of unrelated businesses or services
Saptaphere may restrict or terminate communication privileges where misuse is identified or reported.
Saptaphere is strictly a matrimonial platform and is not a dating platform.
Members must use the platform only for the purpose of finding a suitable life partner and related legitimate matrimonial communication.
The platform must not be used to seek casual dating, sexual relationships, financial relationships or other non-matrimonial purposes.
Members must not:
Create fake or misleading profiles
Create multiple profiles for the same person without permission
Impersonate another person
Upload another person's photographs or information without permission
Provide false personal, educational, professional, financial or matrimonial information
Harass, threaten or abuse another member
Ask members for money or financial assistance
Commit or facilitate fraud
Upload obscene, sexually explicit or illegal content
Promote other matrimonial services or businesses
Scrape, copy or commercially use member information
Attempt to access another member's account
Introduce malware, viruses or harmful code
Use the platform for any illegal purpose
Members retain responsibility for the information, photographs, descriptions and other content they upload to their profile.
By uploading content to Saptaphere, the member confirms that:
The content belongs to them or they have the necessary permission to use it.
The content is accurate to the best of their knowledge.
The content does not violate another person's rights.
The content does not contain unlawful, obscene, defamatory or harmful material.
Saptaphere may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, applicable law or the safety of the platform.
Members may voluntarily provide photographs, testimonials or matrimonial success stories to Saptaphere.
Where a member provides permission for publication, Saptaphere may display such content on its website, applications or official promotional channels.
Members may contact Saptaphere regarding removal or correction of such content, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of publication.
Saptaphere provides a platform to help members discover potential matrimonial matches.
Members are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before sharing personal information, meeting another member, entering into a relationship or proceeding towards marriage.
Members should independently verify important information such as identity, age, marital status, education, employment, family background and other relevant information.
Saptaphere does not guarantee the accuracy of every statement or claim made by another member.
Saptaphere is not a party to any personal, matrimonial, financial or other agreement between members.
Any dispute between members should first be addressed between the concerned parties and, where appropriate, through the competent legal authorities.
Saptaphere may assist with platform-related complaints where reasonably possible but does not guarantee resolution of disputes between members.
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Members must not share their password or account access with another person.
If a member suspects unauthorised access to their account, they should contact Saptaphere support immediately.
A member may initiate account closure through the available account option.
After receiving a deletion request, Saptaphere may verify the request and obtain the required approval before permanently deleting the account.
Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or accounting purposes, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Saptaphere may suspend, restrict or terminate an account if:
The member violates these Terms.
False or misleading information is identified.
The account is used for fraud or unlawful activity.
Another member reports serious misuse.
The account is used for non-matrimonial purposes.
The member misuses contact information.
The member engages in harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour.
Such action is required for safety, security or legal compliance.
Where appropriate, Saptaphere may take action without prior notice.
Termination or suspension due to a member's violation of these Terms does not create an entitlement to a refund.
The Saptaphere name, logo, website design, application design, software, text, graphics, features and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Sai Shraddha Ventures Pvt. Ltd., unless otherwise stated.
Members may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit Saptaphere's intellectual property without prior written permission.
Saptaphere may use third-party service providers for payment processing, hosting, communication, analytics, security and other technical services.
Use of such third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Saptaphere is not responsible for independent services or content provided by third parties.
Use of Saptaphere is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, shared and managed.
By using Saptaphere, members acknowledge that they have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
Saptaphere provides a matrimonial platform and does not guarantee:
That a member will find a suitable match.
That a match will result in marriage.
The accuracy of all information provided by another member.
The conduct, character or intentions of another member.
The success or outcome of any relationship between members.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saptaphere shall not be responsible for losses arising from interactions or relationships between members.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
A member agrees to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities or expenses arising from the member's:
Violation of these Terms
Misuse of the platform
Unlawful conduct
Infringement of another person's rights
Misuse of another member's information
This clause applies to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Saptaphere may modify its services, features, membership plans and these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be published on the website/app with a revised Last Updated date.
Continued use of Saptaphere after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes arising in connection with these Terms or Saptaphere services shall be subject to the appropriate courts having jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
